We want to be clear with you what to expect throughout the process, so that you know what we’re looking for, and to ensure the experience is positive, effective and efficient.

  1. Role Planning: the Hiring Manager and Talent team assemble a squad to:

    1. define the role competencies and detail this in the competency framework
    2. write the job description
    3. define the interview process
  2. Top of funnel: Talent starts sourcing for the role and talent referred

  3. Interviewing: a typical interview process is:

    Interviews are two-way: we want to learn more about your experience, expectations and what makes you, you, and is your opportunity to get to know us and see if Sequence is the right match for you. We expect you to come prepared with your own questions.

  4. Decision: a feedback session takes place with the hiring squad to consolidate and summarise interviewer feedback and recommendation.

  5. Offer: the offer determined by the hiring manager using our salary bands and equity model, and is discussed and agreed with the candidate.

  6. Contract sent & signed
