Eligible new hires are automatically invited to enroll in benefits through Gusto as part of their onboarding process, regardless of whether your company’s open enrollment is currently in progress or has already ended. Here’s how it works:
If a new hire misses their enrollment window, their next opportunity to enroll will be during the next company open enrollment period or if they experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage or the birth of a child).
