We expect some team members will need to prioritise external meetings with clients or candidates during this period, but as much as possible, we protect Makers Time for focussed work.
Our Weekly All Hands allows us to look back at what we’ve achieved and share successes and learnings across teams. This includes sharing customer story snippets from gong.
We get together as a whole company every six months offsite to reflect and strategise together.
