If you’re not feeling 100%, feel free to work remotely, liaising with your team and manager if needs be.

If you’re unable to work:

  1. Contact your manager as soon as possible detailing:
    1. how you are
    2. as much information as you can share about when you expect to return to work
  2. If you’re unable to contact your manager directly, make sure someone else does on your behalf.
  3. Log your sick leave in ‣:
    1. Navigate to your Humaans profile
    2. Manage Time Away
    3. Register Time Away
    4. Select Sick Leave
    5. Request time away
  4. Stay in contact with your manager every day you’re not able to work, and keep ‣ updated.
  5. If you’re absent for more than five days (including non-working days), obtain a fit note from a healthcare practitioner.
