Role Details
The Senior Product Designer will be our 2nd Designer in-house. This is a key role in defining our design set up but also working closely with product and tech to ship live products.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the wider team to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our product.
- Take full-cycle ownership of work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release.
- Work on very broadly-defined, loose concepts alongside regular work on clearly-defined, tactical deliverables.
- Iterate based on feedback from the whole team and customers.
- Stay customer-focused
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly both internally and with the broader design community.
Skill Set
- B2B SaaS experience; ideally working on technically complex products
- Early stage company experience (Seed or Series A); contributed to the growth and helped take them from 0-1.
- Comfortable with a sometimes ambiguous or unstructured environment
- Experience working within the entire product development process, from research and problem solving through user testing to detailed UI and visual design.
- Experience with design systems
