Handover

• Make a copy and complete https://docs.google.com/document/d/1S1e81XUPDEn_6nP4IqApsqxTDcRSxP8K6BPgyc07UaI/edit.
• Ensure any Google content in My Drive is moved to a Shared Drive.
• Notify any external stakeholders of your new Isometric contact.

Pay

Your final pay will be processed at the end of the month of your final day.

Holidays

In your final pay:

• You’ll pay back any holiday taken above your pro-rated, annual holiday allowance.
• Sequence will pay out any outstanding accrued annual holiday.

Equity

• Per your Equity contract, vesting immediately ceases upon an employee giving notice of their resignation as an Employee.
• If you have been with Sequence for at least one year at the point of giving your notice, and have not been marked a “bad leaver”, you will be entitled to purchase your vested share options. We will be in touch to coordinate this with you.

Hardware

We’ll coordinate the collection of any Sequence hardware from you.

Tools

On your final working day, your tools will be deactivated at 5pm or we’ll notify you if it’ll be earlier.

Employment references

We are happy to provide references which confirm your job title, employment dates and salary, but we won’t disclose the reason for leaving. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

You are welcome to reach out to colleagues for personal employment references, should they wish to give them.
