Process

Responsibility

• CEO’s Office: Ensures compliance with legal and ethical obligations and oversees policy implementation.
• Directors/Management: Handles daily enforcement, queries, and audits of internal controls to ensure policy effectiveness.
• All Employees/Contractors: Responsible for adhering to the policy and reporting concerns.

Compliance and Reporting

• Employees must report any suspicions or breaches to their manager or the CEO.
• Concerns can also be reported under the Whistleblowing Policy.
• Protection is provided against retaliation for raising issues in good faith.

Training and Awareness

• Training on modern slavery risks will be provided as required.
