This policy applies to all individuals and entities associated with our organization, including employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, and business partners. It serves to prevent, detect, and report any form of slavery, servitude, forced labor, or human trafficking.

- Implementing and enforcing systems to ensure modern slavery is not present in our operations or supply chain.

Process
Responsibility
- CEO’s Office: Ensures compliance with legal and ethical obligations and oversees policy implementation.
- Directors/Management: Handles daily enforcement, queries, and audits of internal controls to ensure policy effectiveness.
- All Employees/Contractors: Responsible for adhering to the policy and reporting concerns.
Compliance and Reporting
- Employees must report any suspicions or breaches to their manager or the CEO.
- Concerns can also be reported under the Whistleblowing Policy.
- Protection is provided against retaliation for raising issues in good faith.
Training and Awareness
- Training on modern slavery risks will be provided as required.
