We allocate equity using a detailed and transparent model as part of our compensation package. You will be sent your equity model during the offer stage— but let your Line Manager or the People team know if you need it re-shared with you.
All option grants will be issued in £GBP, as Sequence is incorporated in the UK, this is the base currency of the shares that are issued.

📈 The value of your equity grant follows a transparent Equity model we’ve created. Each job offer contains an individualised Equity Model which you can use to track the status and vesting schedule of your share options. Reach out to the People team if you need your Equity sheet shared with you again.
⚖️ All employees at Sequence receive equity in line with this model to ensure fairness. Our model calculates an initial grant as a function of salary, level and role.
