Overview of the role
We're looking for an ambitious Content Marketer with a passion for finance and enterprise software to help us build Sequence into a leading brand which redefines the Quote to Cash category. As the first member of Sequence's Marketing team, they will contribute to content across the buyer journey from blog posts and thought leadership pieces, to customer evidence such as case studies that helps our sales team close deals.
- Write and edit high quality content that grows the Sequence brand and nurtures potential customers e.g. blog posts, case studies, how to guides, video content, social copy, landing pages, podcasts, etc.
- Implement our SEO strategy by writing, editing and optimizing content so that it ranks highly in search.
- Work on campaigns and all sorts of creative projects with colleagues in the product and growth teams to help increase our inbound customer interest
Ideal profile
- Experience in an early stage start-up - roll up their sleeves mentality, jump into a variety of different projects
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
- Passionate and excited about our space: the CFO Stack, pricing optimisation, billing, payments and workflow automation are all topics that should excite you deeply.
