We host All Hands Bi-Weekly on Fridays from 4-5pm BST. This is a required meeting for everyone in the company. It’s a chance for us to align on the biggest priorities in the business, share weekly progress updates, and hear snippets from customer calls.

• All Hands recordings & slides - where you can access the all-hands template, previous recordings and slides.
• Master of Ceremonies - every week we have an All Hands host/MC. The MC usually hosts a quiz or fun game at the start of all hands. The **All-hands MC rota** (you can always request to swap with someone else if you are out that day)
• All hands Deck - this is organized by Lyn every week. She will notify the MC and Team Leads who will update the slides.
• **Slido link** - we use this to collate/send questions anonymously during Q&As (some MCs sometimes create/use their own Slido link).
